The Benemérita Autonomous University of Puebla, in compliance with the provisions of articles 6 sections II and III and 16 Second Paragraph of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, numerals 5 section V, 38 section I, 39, 40, 41 , 42 and 62 section IX of the Law of Transparency and Access to Public Information of the State of Puebla, in relation to article 1 of our Law, informs you that the personal data that you collect on the occasion of the exercise of your functions, are used solely and exclusively for such purposes. Therefore, regarding these data, this Institution informs you that:

1. It has the administrative, technical and physical measures to guarantee the safe handling and custody of them.

2. Ensure that these data are accurate and up to date.

3. In case of having knowledge of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data, in an informal way, will proceed to replace, rectify or complete them.

4. It will prevent the transfer of personal data, without the authorization of the owner, and will only be done by express order of competent authority.
